Go Affordable & Scalable. While Salesforce and Mailchimp were mentioned, for a bootstrapped budget, look at tools like Brevo, MailerLite, or Zoho Campaigns. They offer generous free tiers and robust automation without the enterprise price tag.
Landing Page 101: Clarity Wins. There’s no magic design, but there is a formula: Clear Value Prop "above the fold," social proof (logos/testimonials) early on, and a single, clear Call to Action (CTA). Don't bore them with features but sell the transformation.
Separate Your Streams. Pro tip: Use different systems (or at least different subdomains) for your "Transactional" emails (password resets) vs. your "Marketing" emails (newsletters) to protect your sender reputation.
