The community’s tips for fixing a leaky funnel:
Get the Confirmation. The lowest hanging fruit: Unconfirmed meetings have a 90% no-show rate. Get an explicit "yes" and set automated reminders.
Sell the Value. It’s a positioning issue, not just workflow. Make the demo feel like a "can't-miss" solution to their specific pain points.
Qualify Ruthlessly. If the prospect doesn't check the qualification boxes, pause the meeting to avoid being ghosted.
Shadow Your Reps. The root cause is often the discovery call. Shadow calls to ensure reps are uncovering real pain points, then coach the team.
Bottom line:
Fix the logistics (reminders) first but remember: if the value prop is strong enough, they will show up! 📅
