And why do they matter.

Here’s what came back:

  • “I want AI to replace gut instinct: with real-time signals that tell me which lead, when, and why.”

  • “Help me find the stuff I haven’t even thought of yet.”

  • “Detect pain points from the web—before the prospect ever talks to us.”

  • “Generate qualified leads with context-rich insights.”

Then came the roundtable.

And things got real.

  • “One of the things that we need to think about as we're hiring people, as we're building things out, is AI literacy… Like, truly, right? Like, ChatGPT versus creating workflows versus first principles thinking.”

  • “You put the human in the middle, and then build AI around the human to enable them to pull that data faster.”

  • “Most success is using a couple of tools to help us look for signals… Opens, calls, email replies…You need to be able to capture even the right signals. A lot of tools out there are great—but you still need to act.”

The gap is clear:

  • 77% of survey respondents say AI should handle lead ID + enrichment

  • But most teams are still stuck in “observe” mode instead of “act” mode

That’s where the SuperAgents are pulling ahead.
It’s not just workflow atuomation. It’s making it core to how they sell.
