The Quiet Revolution
Become a Revenue Creator, Not a Chaser
By Jared: From Old GTM to the Revenue Creator Manifesto
I am really humbled by the RevGenius community showing up for Revolt last week. It was our 4th conference and first under the new name. I wanted to share my talk track from Revolt on the Revenue Creator.
The Big Idea: The Quiet Revolution Is Here
There's a revolution happening.
It doesn't shout. It doesn't posture. It doesn't dress up in jargon or hide behind dashboards.
It listens. It remembers. It builds.
This is the age of the Revenue Creator.
Not the revenue chaser. Not the MQL calculator. Not the slide deck warrior who dies on the hill of ROI.
A Revenue Creator builds movements, not just pipelines. They see systems, not silos. They create value that echoes—across buyers, across quarters, across time.
From Revenue Theater to Revenue Creation
Let me paint you a picture.
Old GTM: Dashboards full, souls empty. Teams confusing output with outcome. AI scaling sameness through automation. The Metrics Mirage—where we measure everything except what actually matters.
New GTM: Meaning over motion. Resonance over reach. Systems that remember who we are.
Here's what I'm seeing at RevGenius: Everyone is running the same GTM playbook because someone told them it "worked for [insert unicorn here]."
The Gong Slide Parade. The PLG Imitation Game. The Notion-Style Branding Copycat. The Salesloft Cadence Clone.
Real talk: If your GTM sounds like everyone else's, then your AI, your workflows, your content—they're all training the market to ignore you.
Because AI doesn't fix your sameness. It scales it.
What Is a Revenue Creator?
A Revenue Creator:
Builds movements, not just pipelines – People don't just want to buy. They want to belong.
Sees systems, not silos – GTM, product, brand, and ops are one living flow.
Designs soul-aligned systems – Where AI amplifies truth, not noise.
Creates value that echoes – Impact that compounds, not vanity metrics that reset every quarter.
This isn't about working harder. It's about working realer.
The Role of AI: Amplifier, Not Assistant
AI doesn't replace creators. It reflects them.
The question isn't "What can AI do?" It's "What part of you is it scaling?"
If you feed it noise, you get exponential noise—just with better grammar. But if you feed it your identity, your beliefs, your ontology? Now you're building systems that move like you, think like you, and serve at scale.
What you feed your AI becomes your future.
Most teams think prompt engineering is about syntax. It's actually about signal design.
Here's the difference:
Generic Prompt: "Write a compelling subject line for a GTM platform."
Output: "Unleash the Power of Your Revenue Engine." (Yeah. So did 34 other companies.)
Soul-Led Prompt: "Write a subject line rooted in our belief that GTM should feel like play, not pressure. Make it weird, but grounded in trust."
Now you've got edge.
The Revenue Creator Manifesto
Being a Revenue Creator comes down to five traits:
Soul-Led – Operates from clarity, not noise
Narrative-Rooted – Uses story as infrastructure
Ontologically Fluent – Defines meaning before execution
Builder of Belonging – Creates movements, not marketing
Agent Architect – Builds AI that thinks like them
This isn't a title. It's a choice.
Join the Revolt
This is why we built RevGenius and why we've launched Revolt.
We're not just a community. We're a movement infrastructure empowering soul-led leaders, AI-aligned operators, and narrative-rooted strategists who are tired of mediocrity.
We're codifying consciousness into revenue systems. We're scaling identity, not just knowledge.
Your call to action: Choose meaning over metrics. Build systems that remember your truth. Stop performing for the dashboard and start designing for real resonance.
Join us. Join the Revolt. Build what should've existed all along.
Until next week,
Jared

Creator DNA Drop
Helena from our community mentioned in the GTM Channel that her agency is bleeding her dry with their high Cost-Per-Sale (CPS) model and she needs cost-efficient advertising for her DTC supplements across Meta, Google, and TikTok, plus better affiliate options.
The community’s take on breaking high acquisition costs (CPA):
Ditch the Risky Fee Structure. Shift to agencies that accept a flat retainer + performance bonus tied to a lower, profitable Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA).
Go Performance-Only (Affiliate). Use networks like Squaredance or CJ Affiliate where you only pay a commission when an actual sale is made, eliminating all wasted ad spend.
Creative is King (Paid). Hire vertical experts (like MuteSix) focused on high-velocity testing of authentic, UGC-style video to drive down your CPA on Meta/TikTok.
Become an Influencer. Skip expensive sponsorships. Use Social Selling—position your CEO/executives as thought leaders on LinkedIn/TikTok. This is the most cost-effective way to build trust and acquire high-LTV customers.
Bottom line:
Align every dollar you spend with a guaranteed result. That’s the only way to scale without bleeding. 🚀
