AI doesn't replace roles, it separates people within them. His framework: AI makes 10X producers 100X. It makes 1X producers 1.2X. The uncomfortable part: most people are 1X producers.

Using AI to cold call is already illegal or near-illegal in the US and most G20 nations. That creates a natural carveout for human SDRs on the phone, not because AI can't do it, but because it legally can't.

RevOps is barely a decade old. Demand Gen was invented 7 or 8 years back. Everyone in this community is currently doing a job that replaced someone else's old way.
Two choices: learn the new systems or get outgrown by them. Same as it always was. Just faster this time.
