→Hook with "Micro-Offers" Don't just ask for time; give value first. The best working strategy? Offering a "lead magnet," like a list of their potential clients who aren't running ads yet.

→Be a Scientist. Stop random acts of sales. Run experiments as proper sprints. Use statistical significance (t-distribution or z-distribution) to validate your results.

→The "N=30" Rule. How big should your test be? If you have a small TAM, you need at least 30 records to know if a change is working. For larger lists, aim for 90% confidence before pivoting.

Multi-Thread for the Win. Don't rely on one contact. Customize messages for decision-makers and influencers to leverage group psychology and increase conversion.
